Akashi Hita Youkan

I want to introduce an interesting shop in Mameda Town to you, called Akashi Hita Youkan. This shop makes Japanese wagashi (traditional sweets). The inside of these sweets are typically filled with sweet azuki bean paste, which are very delicious. This store has been open for 127 years!😳 I think that since they have been open for so long, their wagashi is especially delicious! 
The shopkeeper recommends Youkan, which has been a popular sweet since the old days. This sweet is special because when you let it sit for a while, the outside becomes a little hard, but the inside remains soft and sweet.🤩
